Terms of Service

You must have legal capacity to agree under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated where the Service requires.

The Service enables creator-led and user-led communities using a two-layer structure: topic-based Servers and community-based Clans.

Current features may include profiles, posts, comments, direct messages, parties, meet-ups, curated content, member activity, moderation tools, and public discovery pages.

Creator, brand, and user roles may have different screens, permissions, and available features. Brand collaboration, deal management, payment, and settlement features may be introduced by phase and may be subject to additional terms shown in the product.

You will not misuse the Service, including by breaking the law, harassing others, distributing malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping in violation of these Terms or technical limits, or interfering with security or integrity.

Users may report posts, comments, profiles, or other activity that they believe violates law, these Terms, or community rules. Clan owners, managers, staff, and the Operator may review reports and may hide, remove, or limit access to user content when it appears to violate community rules, these Terms, or applicable law.

We may investigate and take enforcement action, including removing content, suspending accounts, or cooperating with authorities when appropriate.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

You represent you have the rights needed to grant the above license for your content.

You are solely responsible for content you submit, including false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful information. The Operator is not the speaker or publisher of user-submitted content except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Current or planned integrations include Google OAuth for sign-in, Google Maps and Places for meet-up locations, Instagram Graph API and YouTube Data API for creator curation, Supabase for authentication/database/storage/realtime infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, and Google Gemini API for optional image generation.

AI-generated logos, covers, or other assets may be based on information you provide about a clan or community. You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploaded materials, and generated assets do not violate rights or laws.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement unless mandatory law says otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will be limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or fifty US dollars (US$50), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You will defend and indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, subject to procedures required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Service, subject to notice where required.

Account deletion is described in our Data Deletion information. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified below, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply to you.

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates with a revised date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
